"UNIQUELY TRIP" (4/14/2001)
[Season (9) Episode 11 / Series Episode 389]
At the Clock Tower, WES seems bored as TRIP explains his plans of a new device called the Electro Booster. The other Rangers interrupt just in time to alert of a mutant attack. The Rangers get there just in time, TRIP seems to just snoop around and amazed at how cool fighters his fellow friends are. He starts to act clumpsy but eventually coming to his senses helps dispose of the mutant with a combined attack from his V-3 weapon with the V-weapons of the other Rangers.
Another success, TRIP watches as his fellow Rangers get commendation and hugs from the kids surrounding and nobody seems to notice him. A bummed out TRIP in the park sits on a bench watches as 4 kids prepare to play as if they were Rangers and he notices how the green ranger costume is left behind bumming him out even more.
TRIP initiates a workout program at the clock tower... meanwhile at the prison ELECTROPEDE is reanimated throwing power off to the prison, RANSIK orders him to drain powers from the "Rangers". At the clock tower JEN and KATIE interrupt LUCAS and WES's arm wrestle soon after they hear a cry for help from TRIP and run ... KATIE helps take the heavy weighed bar to help him. Bummed out TRIP didn't want the help.
Out on a walk with TRIP, LUCAS sees an incredibly beautiful girl taking some flowers and asking her out for a walk. TRIP amazed at this has a crazy idea up his sleeve when he too, in new wardrobe, heads out to flirt. He finds a pretty blond but unknowing picks flowers with a bee only sending the poor young lady into the fountain.
Electropede is out on the loose draining power... the Rangers are alerted and immediately head out. WES is first to approach him only to get stunk. Outside the other 3 Rangers arrive, soon later TRIP, trying to show off alittle but prooves worthless and embarrasses himself.
Th Rangers loose power to their Chrono Blasters.. TRIP attempts to use his only to loose it. When trying to retrieve it back he gets a terrible shock. Electropede disappears. The other Rangers come to TRIP's aid wondering what's up with him.
At the tower TRIP hears as the Rangers talk amongst themselves... The Rangers leave to find the mutant but leave TRIP behind to rest. TRIP then begins to explain to CIRCUIT how he wishes he were more like the others... Meanwhile the other 4 Rangers catch up to Electropede getting seriously blasted. TRIP once again starts to use his knowledge and with CIRCUIT on his side begins to do what he does best... which is create things.
The Rangers catch up to ELECTROPEDE and only to not seem to baze a scratch on this voltage hogger even with their V-Weapons. Meanwhile TRIP is ready and heads out with the prepared new weapon... As the kids TRIP was watching previously are near the same power plant the trouble is at... they become trapped between a fallen electrical pole. The Rangers still getting powers drained from the mutant.
TRIP arrives to the scene flying in with the TIME JET... He gives the ELECTRO BOOSTER to WES forming it with combination to his CHRONO SABER. He seems to be hitting the mutant hard and taking down the cyclobots until a sudden blow from the electropede brings him down.
TRIP tells WES to put the ELECTRO BOOSTER on special attack mode and this finally powers out the mutant... FRAX not happy at this makes him grow... The Rangers get help from the TF Mode Blue and TIME SHADOW Megazords.
Not enough they form the SHADOW FORCE MEGAZORD MODE BLUE. With a final TIME TARGET attack the mutant is shrunk back to small size.
TRIP gets readings and immediately heads to the power plant to save the kids in the TIME JET... At the clock tower, TRIP is called to immediately meet the other Rangers at the park. He gets there only to get news since he saved the day the others want to be like him, even wearing green wigs.
A cheered up TRIP watches as even the kids he had saved are all now wearing green ranger costumes... the others playfully get all over him.
