Outside the Clock Tower the Rangers are cleaning up the leaves and decorating there Odd Jobs shop... Just then does WES arrive in a nice set of wheels which grabs LUCAS's eye... WES tries to instruct him on what the car does unfortunately learning the hard way he's a race car driver!
LUCAS is speeding away... ignoring traffic and road rules unfortunately getting pulled over by a cop who easily bails him out with a ticket forcing him to get a "valid" drivers license... At the CRYO PRISON, FRAX reveals humans are fragile creatures but NADIRA comes up with the idea that cash is the key to surviving... she unfreezes MANTIMOBILE to help steal cars to get the money.
At the Clock Tower, WES is giving LUCAS a manual test of signs. Meanwhile NADIRA is out on the loose with her fellow mutant taking 2 cars and putting them under his control and they all drive off to steal... As WES test LUCAS for his test.. He is obviously ready.
The instructor prepares LUCAS for his road test, seeming overprotective. Meanwhile a bank on wheels grabs NADIRA's attention which forces her mutant to gain control of the vehicle so they can steal the cash... Just as LUCAS passes his driving test successfully NADIRA and her driver catch his attention as they drive as maniacs by him... He with the professor alongside reverses the car and is on their trail!
With LUCAS hot on the trail.. driving at intense speed they seem to survive a blast from the maniac car the mutant blasts at them... LUCAS watches as they flee but the poor instructor is scared nuts.
LUCAS arrives with WES to alert the other Rangers NADIRA is hot on the trail with a set of wheels... TRIP summons the VECTOR CYCLES for them... As NADIRA escapes from robbing cash from bank, all the cash in the trunk they flee only to suddenly get blasted.
It's the Rangers in there awesome VECTOR CYCLES. NADIRA can't escape now as severe attacks and blasts from the Rangers slow her down especially a final chrono blaster blast from WES... Trapped NADIRA sends her mutant to attack them.
The mutant summons a batch of cyclobots who get badly injured with attacks and maneuvers from all the Rangers...
A double strike from LUCAS and WES badly injure the mutant as well as finishing touches from a VORTEX BLASTER blast... The mutant now grows. The Rangers use TF Megazord Mode Blue first find it easier to finally shrink the mutant with a final Saber attack from Mode Red.
The Rangers boarded off the Time Flyers as they see them return in the time hole... they wonder why they have to leave all the time... JEN then puts the mutant shrunken into containment.... At the site of the driving school, the instructor, who appears badly wounded from LUCAS's incident continues his happy line, "A careful driver is a happy driver." LUCAS arrives and scares him off!
